Shipping and Delivery Times

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pretty Birds workshop will be closed from 22nd December to 9th January 2024.

Any orders placed will not be made, processed or sent during this period. I'll be having a break with the family and back on the 9th to start processing orders placed over the holidays.

How much is shipping and how long will it take to get to me?

• Within New Zealand - with NZ Couriers. Estimated 1-3 days.
• Free on orders over $60.00
• $6.50 on orders below $60.00. 
• Australia: $15.00 Economy Tracked. Estimated 7-15 days.
• Rest of the World: $25.00 Economy Tracked. Estimated 10-25 days.

NZ orders are tracked with NZ Couriers and you will be provided with a tracking number when your package leaves the studio.

International orders are sent Economy Tracked with NZ Post to your destination and you will be provided with a tracking number when your package leaves the studio.

Delivery Times

Please be aware that once your package is with NZ Post or an International shipping company, I have no control over the time it takes for your parcel to reach you. Tracking information will usually give an indication on when your parcel is arriving at your door.
